It will erase all your phone data, so we advise you first to take a complete backup of your phone and then proceed.
Ensure that your phone has at least 50-60% charged to prevent the unexpected shutdown in-between the process.

How to Update Android 7.0 Nougat Stock Rom on Samsung Galaxy ON NXT Manually
Step 1. Download Samsung Galaxy ON NEXT Android 7.0 Nougat firmware from above link.
Step 2. Unzip Odin tool on your computer and Run Odin.exe file.
Step 3. Enable “USB Debugging” and “OEM Unlock” on your phone.
Step 4. Now, boot your phone into ‘Download Mode’
Step 5. Now, connect your phone to your PC. You will get a blue sign in Odin. If not, install proper driver on your PC and start.
Step 6. In Odin, make sure Re-partition is NOT ticked (tick only the Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time check boxes, see below screenshot for example).
Step 7. Select AP in Odin and choose the firmware file (with .tar extension) you have unzipped.
Step 8. If everything OK, click the Start button. Once the ‘Pass’ message is appeared in Odin, reboot your phone.
