XDA Senior Member Alberto97, released the initial build of Android Oreo Lineage OS 15 ROM for Moto G3 and the ROM is stable enough to use as daily driver.
Remember this is in a development stage and may find some bugs. So, some features or apps might not work properly on this ROM.
Note : You’ll need to Root and Install TWRP Custom Recovery in-order to Install the Lineage OS 15 Android 8.0 Oreo Rom on Moto G3.

How to Update Android 8.0 Oreo on Moto G3
Step 1. First Unlock your Moto G3 bootloader and Install TWRP Recovery.
Step 2. Download Android 8.0 Oreo ROM for Moto G3 and Gapps from above link and move to your phone internal memmory
Step 3. Reboot your device into TWRP Recovery.
Step 4. Now in the TWRP main menu, Click on Wipe and swipe to factory reset on the bottom of the screen.
Step 5. Go back to the main menu in TWRP, tap on install and select the Android 8.0 Oreo zip file which you have saved in your device.
Step 5. After the installation process is completed, You will see Wipe cache/Dalvik option, tap on it and Swipe to wipe.
Step 6. Now, Go back to TWRP main menu and repeat the same process for install GApps.
Step 7. Finally reboot your device. It will take few minutes to complete the first boot.
