Note : This ROM is work on Redmi Note 3 (kenzo/Kate). Don’t try this on any other device and As always, backup any important file stored on your device before flashing the ROM. Also, do not forget to make a system backup from TWRP recovery.

How to Update Android 8.0 Oreo on Redmi Note 3 Using AOSP ROM

Step 1. Copy and save all zip fileto your phone’s internal storage.

Step 2. Disconnect your phone from PC (if connected), turn it off and boot it into TWRP recovery by pressing and holding Volume Up & Power buttons together.

Step 3. In recovery, perform a full data wipe by selecting Wipe Data/Factory Reset, wipe Cache Partition and Dalvik Cache.

Step 4. Now, return to main recovery menu, choose “Install”, and flash ROM.

Step 5. Finally reboot your device. It will take few minutes to complete the first boot.
